Job Title : Legal Support
Pay rate:: $45 to $48.16/hr
Duration : 6 months contract with the strong potential to go permanent.
Location: Broadway New York, NY / Role is hybrid.
Job Details:
- Contract attorney position available within Institutional Equity Division, focusing on trading agreements for equity derivative, prime brokerage and listed derivative businesses.
- Role will focus on amending existing client trading agreements, particularly ISDA agreements, to incorporate new regulatory provisions.
- Candidates should have some legal training/experience, preferably related to ISDA documentation.
- Experience in finance, derivatives, Dodd-Frank a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to meet timing deadlines on multiple projects.
- Comfortable working in open trading floor environment. 1-3 years of relevant experience required. J.D. required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $48.16 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
