HVAC Project Manager

Rusty's Inc. is an HVAC and plumbing contractor serving customers in Southeastern Massachusetts. We have an immediate opening for an HVAC Project Manager and Salesperson to assist our team of project managers and office staff in HVAC sales and installations. This individual will be responsible for participating in all aspects of projects from sales-to-operations turnover meetings, project implementation and final project installation. The selected candidate will be responsible for all internal and external communications in support of the installation process for multiple projects.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Analyzes plans, conducts site visits and reviews construction contract specifications and codes to determine project requirements.
• Assists in scheduling work, permitting, and procurement of job materials.
• Works with other team members to monitor, manage and control project costs.
• Prepares and oversees preparation of progress billings, pursues timely payments from the customer and authorizes payments to material suppliers.
• Manages the completion of all close-out documentation such as As-Built drawings and system operating instructions; transfers or excess materials; billings, collections and payments; and all project records.

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of HVAC Project Management experience is preferred.
• A minimum of three years experience with HVAC system installations is beneficial.
• Understanding of HVAC installs and knowledge of the most up to date Massachusetts building and sheet metal codes is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience with Autocad is beneficial.
• Individual must possess a valid Driver's license in good standing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
