Overview:
Provides day-to-day HRIS system support related to Human Resources, Payroll, and third-party systems such as report writing, security management, maintaining data integrity and providing technical assistance to end users.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to this position as needed.
  • Provides day-to-day management of Human Resources HRIS system and administration. Responsible for reporting, access control, and support of HRIS system.
  • Maintains security model based on functional responsibilities.
  • Assists with HRIS report writing requests for HR and other business units.
  • Works with other departments as needed to provide requested HR data with respect to employee privacy, HIPAA and sensitive payroll information.
  • Processes and monitors business processes in HRIS system to ensure completion in timely manner.
  • Ensures all integrations with ADP Workforce Now and icims for all areas of HR/Payroll both internally and externally flow smoothly, work with third party vendors to continuously improve the integration process.
  • May participate in planning related to new features, enhancements and upgrades related to HRIS system. Reviews upgrade documentation and ensures existing processes will continue to operate as expected.
  • Assists in quarterly audit of HRIS user access with HR and Finance management. Works with internal audit team to test documented internal audit control reporting requirements as needed.
  • System and Security Administrator for all HR systems
  • Configure Dashboards and system workflows in ADP Workforce Now and icims
  • Handle all data system imports.
  • Works with team to create data Standardization, Data Clean Up and maintenance of codes – pay/deduction codes, accumulators, WC, job titles, etc.
  • Part of implementation team of system modules or new systems
  • Maintains GL Data management in collaboration with Accounting Team
  • Manages vendor connections/File feeds
  • Liaison to ADP and icims for HRIS Management
  • Coordinate w/Field HR to Ensure Accurate Data.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform this job.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor's degree in management or HRIS, Human Resources, Finance, Business or a Computer related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 2 years of related experience.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strong working knowledge of problem solving, root cause analysis, and associated solution implementation.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in human resource management, payroll, time management, benefit administration within ADP Workforce Now HRIS and icims platforms
  • Lead or mentor roles with experience in training others
  • Proficient in the use of Enterprise Business Intelligence Reporting Tools.
  • General knowledge of Finance General Ledger & Accounting Principals
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple tasks in a complex and fast changing environment
  • Self-motivated and directed with the ability to learn quickly
  • Able to multi-task and concurrently manage multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently and in a matrixed environment
  • Team oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary range $62,000 – $65,000
