We are looking for a Full Time RN to cover patient care in Temple and Killen areas with weekly case conference meetings in Waco, TX.

As part of our clinical team, you will provide home health start of care admissions to our residential patients in your territory. We understand the need for maintaining a positive work-life balance and focus on scheduling our nurses with consistency and awareness of geographic visit location. Home Health experience is essential, along with a proven ability to manage an independent work schedule and a good understanding of PDGM Medicare requirements. Knowledge of WellSky/Kinnser software is a plus!
