Wesley Village is currently hiring a Guest Services Coordinator in Personal Care for a Full Time opportunity.

Responsibilities:
What will I do?
  • Provide professional and courteous guest service
  • Greets arriving guests
  • Answers telephone calls
  • Conduct an initial assessment and social history on all admissions
  • Utilize initial assessment to promote Resident engagement and set up programs to provide to Resident
  • Contribute to support plans on Personal Care Residents and update plans appropriately
  • Assist as consulted with room/level of care changes
  • Assist as consulted with missing item location
  • Assist as consulted with roommate/Resident conflict
  • Assist as consulted with Resident achievement of optimal Resident engagement
  • Arrange LCSW consults as indicated/ordered by MD
  • Work with Personal Care Administrator related to the coordination of identified care needs
  • Complete work orders as needed
  • Follow-up on completed work orders/ancillary department requests to ensure satisfaction
  • Contact community agencies as needed for facilities’ residents
  • Facilitate communication with responsible parties as consulted/needed
  • Assist as indicated with Personal Care Residents in skilled facility
  • Assist Residents with discharge planning as needed
  • Assist activities department as needed
  • Coordinate Resident New Comer’s group every 6-8 weeks
  • Assists with appropriate storage of Resident property
  • Arrange for, suggest, recommend, book and confirm, deliverable services that may include, but not limited to, purchasing gifts, premium tickets, dry cleaning, and other errands
  • Assure prompt and positive action on all Resident complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions, as well as conduct quality assurance follow-up; respond to inquiries regarding services and building issues
  • Assist Residents with voter registration, change of address, and absentee ballots, monthly billing and to quarterly Personal Allowance Accounts
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
What do I need for this role?
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 to 3 (or more) months of related experience preferred
