About KKBS:


KKBS Facility Services is seeking to hire an Office Coordinator to be responsible for the general operation of our office. Duties will involve greeting potential new hires, answering incoming phone calls, purchasing office supplies and taking proper inventory, sending emails to customers, employees, & applicants, and small various tasks from day to day.

Position Details


Full-Time Days: Monday-Friday
Schedule: 8:30am-4:30pm
Compensation: $16.00/hr
Location: Wyomissing, PA 19610
Reports To: Senior Management


Position Requirements

  • Ability to engage in conversation with individuals from a wide array of backgrounds & personalities
  • Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively with applicants, employees, customers and leadership
  • Strong self-starter and self-management and organizational skills; able to manage workload, set personal and team priorities, and adjust as needed
  • Assigning tasks & tickets accordingly in a timely manner to coordinating employees
  • Experience in office management, commercial cleaning industry, or relevant experience preferred
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce or an HR platform is a plus.
  • Bi-lingual would also be a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Overseeing general office operations with little guidance
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership team to prioritize hiring needs in a quick and efficient manner
  • Engage in training and development of employees at all levels
  • Develop personnel policies and procedures
  • Greeting potential new hires & applicants
  • Answering incoming phone calls, making outbound calls to applicants, customers & other businesses as needed
  • Sending various emails and delivering quality service to our customers
  • Maintaining incoming and outgoing mail, overseeing deliveries & packages
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings as well as managing management calendars and schedules
  • Purchasing office supplies and maintaining proper stock levels
