Essential Functions:
Handle daily phones calls pertaining to delinquent accounts, work with customers who are holding past-due accounts while maintaining a positive relationship with them, and assuming additional billing duties as directed by the clerk. (ex. Working the counter one a week handling criminal as well as civil cases).
