Job Title:
Event Crew
Summary of Position
This position is a part-time, event-based position within the Operations department of the Honda Center.
Responsibilities
- Set-up and tear down events throughout the arena
- Daily - Organize equipment and supplies throughout the building
- Daily - Participate in day-to-day building operation tasks
- Assist in ordering and picking up supplies and other building materials as needed
- Pick up materials and supplies as needed
- Must be able to meet deadlines, stay on schedule and remain on tasks
- Other duties and responsibilities required as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work as a team or independently and stay on task
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be able to stand / walk for extended periods of time
- Must be capable of lifting / pushing a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record a plus
- Must be able to work in various climates
Flexible schedule required - with ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays if needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certifications Required – N/A.
Experience Required - 0-1 Year
