This team member needs to be extremely detail oriented to keep in compliance with the rule of managing escrows!
This person is a team player who partners with other providers including title, attorneys, surveyors, and everyone else that supports a successful closing. At LCD, we work really hard but play hard too! MUST HAVE AN ESCROW EXPERIENCE OF 7 YEARS OR MORE.
Requirements:
Extremely proficient with the standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow/title industry.
- MUST have 7+ years experience as an Escrow officer
- Customer experience OBSESSED!
- We pride ourselves in fast response times to this team mate needs to have a true sense of urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of the team

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
