Gingrich Horticulture Service is a growing company that specializes in keeping landscapes healthy and thriving. This position is an entry level field position that includes ongoing training and support in further professional development.

We are looking for an individual that is interested in the healthcare of plants and the ecosystems that surround them.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual that is interested in the healthcare of plants and the ecosystems that surround them.

- 1-2 years experience of working outdoors
- Experience in plant nursery work, gardening, professional landscape installation is preferred but not required
- Drivers License
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Physical requirements include but are not limited to lifting, bending, kneeling & walking on uneven surfaces
- Ability and willingness to work primarily outdoors
- Desire to continually learn and grow

Responsibilities:

- Take direction well from plant healthcare technicians
- Assist plant healthcare technicians with fertilizing, tree sprays, tree and soil injections, etc.
- Thoroughly and thoughtfully care for customer landscapes
- Maintain a clean company vehicle
- Be a team player in a small company
