Community Skilled Care Centre is a non-profit nursing home focused on our residents and our caregivers. Our property is also home to The Commons Assisted Living. This position is well suited for someone who loves to lead a team, to build and strategize great outcomes, or for someone who is looking to make that ‘next step’ in their career who has a heart for team engagement as well as one on one interaction with great focus on the big picture and an interest in infusing energy into championing our vision and creating a homelike experience for our residents!
Enjoy leading a team of dedicated, professionals who serve at a care ratio of 1:14 and 1:9, enjoy delivering Post-Acute Care by your design to a full house of 110 and Assisted care to a full house of 40, while dancing with memories in our small, secured Dementia community!
Qualifications!
- Must have valid active RN licensure in good standing with the State of Ohio
- Long Term Care and Residential/Assisted Living Care experience/knowledge, social confidence, and a good dose of compassion
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Healthy interest in having fun

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
