Direct Care Worker (DCW) - Adult Home Care Job at Community Care, Inc.
Community Care is currently seeking a caregiver for a consumer in the Harrison City area.
Shifts available:
- Monday through Friday - 14 hrs/week
- Monday through Friday - 20 hrs/week
Direct Care Worker Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing to undergo an Act 34 Background Check
Direct Care Worker Job Duties:
- Follow a care plan for the client and report on completed tasks
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.)
- Assist with meal preparation
- Must observe and report any changes in client’s condition
Direct Care Worker Benefits:
