Customer Service Representative Job at Safe Haven Security
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information via phone and email. This position is in-office within our Customer Service call center.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide information about company policies and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving policies and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields a plus
- Must have strong computer skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work in-office - this is not a remote work opportunity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
