The Marketing Analyst is responsible for assisting the organization in the development and implementation of its marketing, business development, and public relations plans.

• Develop and implement data analyses and reports to summarize marketing spend
• Maintain and analyze reports and spreadsheets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for spend optimization
• Communicate and present analyses to management and execute proposed solutions based on findings
• Manage and ensure all media assets are compliant and up-to-date when used on website, social media and other marketing outlets
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure any/all campaigns are executed correctly and in a timely manner
• Assist with direct mail, press releases, and public outreach efforts/events
• Assist with administrative tasks as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Operate within the highest ethical and professional standards, and demonstrate integrity when representing Platt College

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong analytical skills and mindset
• Strong familiarity with Excel and comfort working with datasets, including developing summary tables, graphs and other presentation materials
• Experience using pay-per-click platforms (i.e., Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, and Outlook required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to draw conclusions from analyses
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Credentials and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Data Science, Business or Economics
• At least three years of experience in a related field preferred
