Content Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our Marketing Team that can create digital content for our family of brands - Titan Fitness, Titan Attachments, Titan Great Outdoors, and Titan Ramps. In this role, you will own the content lifecycle management from ideation, creation, and editing through to approvals, distribution, measurement, and maintenance, develop a content strategy plan, and manage freelancers as well as external agencies. The ideal candidate must have experience producing content that has driven meaningful organic traffic growth for brands or businesses in the eCommerce space.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a multi-channel marketing content plan including blogs, articles, marketing collateral, websites, social media, email campaigns, and videos that will be used across Titan’s marketing channels and leveraged by all marketing channel owners.
  • Generate content that drives traffic and engagement and translates to sales and brand promotion.
  • Understand search engine optimization (SEO) and social media to be able to craft content that optimizes SEO, as well as create social media posts that attract followers.?
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in the production, planning, and execution of video content.
  • Assist in the posting of social media content.
  • Manage comments in all online forums.
  • Work with marketing channel owners to generate and disperse content that is relative and effective for each individual channel.
  • Work with internal teams (e.g., creative, digital marketing, product marketing, product engineers, etc.).
  • Coordinate the execution of projects in accordance with project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with freelancers and brand partners to coordinate and oversee the content collection and production of assets.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute content calendar for multiple marketing channels that align with the sales plan.
  • Measure the results of the content activity to inform future marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the content marketing budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Creative, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar content management/digital production role
  • Excellent storytelling skills, writing and editing, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and Twitter
  • Experience in using a social media scheduling platform
  • Knowledge developing and testing new content ideas to engage our audiences
  • Must be highly creative, be able to think outside the box, and test new ideas
  • Must be focused, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and timely completion is critical
  • Must be a team player
