Ho'okele Home Care is a Hawaii State Licensed home care agency serving the island of Maui seeking Certified Nurse's Aides and Nurse's Aides to truly make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families to provide the best in home care services.

Ho'okele Home Care has a Full - Time caregiving positions that fit with your employment needs. We are actively looking for Certified Nurses' Aides and Nurses' Aides to fill the current open positions:

• Vivia Assistant - As a Vivia Team Member, you will provide one-on-one in-home care to a consistent group of clients within a designated Vivia neighborhood. With Vivia, you will have a stable and consistent full time schedule and a company car to best serve your clients.

(Must have CNA License/NA Certificate or Equivalent and Valid Driver's License)

PAY RATE: $18 /Hour - $20/Hour

Perk: Company Car Provided

• Hourly Personal Care Assistant- Collaborate with a scheduler to design a work schedule that fits your needs. Shifts longer than 4+ hours are assigned, and overtime shifts are available.
  • Immediate Need for 12 Hours shifts of 7am to 7pm, 7pm to 7am in the Diamond Head Area (Advanced Level Case)

  PAY RATE: $3.00/Hour PREMIUM on top of your base rate

(CNA/NA Certification preferred*)

PAY RATE: UP TO $16.00/Hour

Perk: Flexibility

• Care Region Assistant- A Care Region Assistant will be assigned a consistent schedule based on your availability each week with a consistent set of clients within a designated area. You will drive your own car and be reimbursed for your travel time and mileage. You must be able to obtain a minimum of at least 30 Hours/week for this position.

(Must have Valid Driver's License, All Updated Car Documents, Current Cleared Traffic Abstract. No Certification is required*)

PAY RATE: Up to $16.00/Hour

Perk: Paid Travel Time and Mileage

CNA / NA Requirements:

• Licensed Certified Nurse Aide, Home Health Aide or Nurse Aide Certificate
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic CPR and First-Aid certification (No online CPR)
• Health Clearance / Physical Exam (within a year)
• Proof of 2-Step and current TB clearance (within a year)
• Must have a smartphone
• MUST be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or Provide Letter of Medical or Religious Exemption
