Branch Manager, Brighton MI Job at Ace Outdoor Services LLC.
The Mission for our Ace Outdoor Service Branch Managers is to oversee their division of employees in a specific region to ensure they are accomplishing their daily responsibilities with quality work and attitude in a fast pace Lawn Care, Landscaping and Snow Removal business. Must present leadership, management and organizational skills to their employees with a positive attitude.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
· Assist and oversea their branch with hiring needs
· Responsible for ordering products on jobs/repairs as needed
· Provide Field Managers with communication of what to expect with task
· Production accomplishments according to schedule daily
· Staying profitable per company’s goal marks
· Responsible for their branches credit cards transactions receipts
· Managing and overseeing accurate employee attendance and time cards daily
· Managing and overseeing previous days customer issues and resolutions
· Managing and Leading crews and assist them when needed
· Disciplinary actions within their branch
· Evaluation/performance reviewing for their branch employees
· Managing training and safety programs within their branch
· Managing winter operations and dispatching of crews
· Additional responsibilities as requested or required by Management
Qualifications
· Has 5+ year of experience managing 25+ people
· Has 5+ years in training their employees
· Has 5+ years Lawn Care and Landscape experience
· Has a valid Driver’s License in Michigan
· Has a DOT, Chaffers and can pass a drug test
· Has 5+ years in successfully running equipment, trailers and tools
· Able to perform the job and work various hours as required
· Able to use computer database well
· Great Verbal and Communication skills

Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
