Join the Options Family & Behavior Services team as a Behavior Technician working with Youth ages 12-19 in a day treatment setting! We are dedicated to providing a person-centered therapeutic rehabilitation journey to all individuals and their families with co-occurring mental illness and chemical dependency. As the first co-occurring program for youth in MN since 1998, Options has been a leader in treating the whole person.
The purpose of the Behavior Technician is to guide, teach and support adolescents within the Day Treatment Program setting. This position will perform direct work with the adolescents, document client information, and provide support to the treatment teams.
Schedule: Monday-Friday - 7:30am-4pm
Salary: $19.75 hourly

CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field and experience working in the mental health field with the adolescent age group.
- -OR- Be enrolled as a graduate student in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields formally assigned to the center for clinical training by an accredited college or university
- A valid driver’s licensed and auto insurance
