Assistant Group Home Manager 013 Job at Whole Life, Inc.
Seeking an asstistant manager for 2nd shift within a group home setting. Appreciate if you have some knowledge of the DDS guideline and procedures. Someone who has an appreciation for time management, reliabilty and is a motivating factor for staff in these tough times.
The assistant manager coordinates the activities of the home. You assist with the care of the individuals and the function of the household. Assist with the coordination of dr appts, grocery list, care and wellbeing of the individuals and health safety in the community for outings, etc. Communicate regularly with the Manager for status updates and as a team to service the best efforts for the IDD individuals who live in the group home. PCP a plus. Therap a plus. Will train on many of these attributes but some must be proven through previous experiences.
