Riverview Care Center is searching for an experienced RN to join our team as the Assistant Director of Nursing.
Assistant Director of Nursing coordinates and plans daily nursing services with the Director of Nursing. The ADON also helps supervise the administrative functions, supervising, directing, training, and providing direct quality resident care and assuming duties of director of nursing in his/her absence. The person holding this position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.
Salary will be determined upon hire.
Qualifications:
License/Registration: Hold a current, unencumbered license in this state as a registered nurse.
Experience in long term care is required.
