Job Description
The person in this role must possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for interacting with and developing meaningful relationships with our elderly residents, and a positive approach to encouraging their involvement in scheduled activities.
Requirements:
- Skills: Ability to plan and organize a variety of programs for groups of various sizes and speak effectively before groups of various sizes.
Job Description:
- Develop, Plan, organize, and implement wellness and activity programs to meet the specific needs of residents.
- Provide programs and events that encourage engagement and socialization for residents.
- Encourage resident involvement in activities programs.
- Ensure activity programs meet all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Plan joint activities between units monthly and larger community-wide activities throughout the year
