Garfield is looking for an Account Manager that will provide administrative sales support including data collection and compilation. This role requires a passionate sales professional with an eye for detail and an unrelenting drive for results. This role works independently and as part of a team within Sales and cross-functionally with Marketing to ensure sales objectives are achieved.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Servicing clients in daily account management and building relationships to retain business
• Identifying new sales opportunities through proactive lead generation
• Qualifying leads for various channels through inbound and outbound calls; maintaining qualified leads in a sales pipeline
• Updating and maintaining CRM
• Attending tradeshows to meet clients and develop new business
• Providing administrative support to cross-departmental Sales
• Collaborating with other departments, including Marketing and Fulfillment to address customer needs and requests

You might be a good fit if you (have, possess, are):

• Minimum 1 year of Account Management or Sales experience
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with different types of clients
• Problem-solving skills to help resolve customer issues or needs
• Elite phone and in-person communication skills
• Comfort with basic math, including percentages
• Desire to work in a team setting
• Associates or Bachelor degree preferred; however, we provide comprehensive training and all candidates will be considered
