Weekend Maintenance Tech - Day Shift 6am -6:30pm Job at Trinidad Benham
Description
Maintenance Technicians perform maintenance on our equipment and facilities. They make sure our facilities run smoothly by following our preventative maintenance schedule, troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues, keeping parts stocked, and responding quickly to repair requests. Maintenance technicians must be safety-minded, have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, and be able to prioritize work assignments.
Overtime is available.
Shift days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Weekend Shift Premium included in base pay rate.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Perform electrical and/or mechanical procedures necessary to produce to the schedule.- Assist operators in changing over and adjusting their equipment to produce product.
- Provide maintenance support by responding to requests from machine operators promptly in order to ensure that line continues running and/or are brought back up quickly.
WHAT WE NEED
MUST-HAVES:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Formal industrial maintenance training
- Maintenance experience in food manufacturing
