Job Description
- Greet residents, staff, families, and guests with a smile
- Manage incoming calls, and direct calls accordingly
- Ensure office mail is delivered to correct recipients
- Learn and be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
- This position reports to the Administrator of Designee
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent follow through and follow up
