GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Adaptive apparel and accessories company is seeking a Web Manager to oversee the development, maintenance, functionality, and performance improvement of the organization's website and direct-to-consumer channels, meeting the needs of the target audience, and achieving the organization's goals. This is a hybrid role located in either Austin, Texas or Louisville, Kentucky.

DELIVERABLES:
- MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF ALL DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER CHANNELS (SHOPIFY WEBSITE, AMAZON, ETSY, WALMART, AND OTHERS), INCLUDING CONTENT, DESIGN, FUNCTIONALITY, TECHNOLOGY, CALENDARS, AND SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT.
- WEB STRATEGY FOR USER EXPERIENCE (UX), SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO), SPEED, AND SECURITY.
- WEB ANALYTICS AND KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS FOR TRAFFIC, USER BEHAVIOR, AND ENGAGEMENT
DUTIES:
- Align the website and all digital sales channels with the organization's brand, strategy, and standards to achieve company goals.
- Plan, create, implement, manage, monitor, audit, and update websites and all digital sales channels for organization and correct content/information.
- Assist with social media campaigns and other marketing efforts.
- Complete tests to ensure website efficiency, speed, quality, and security.
- Collaborate and Create strategies to improve website and all digital sales channels traffic.
- Ensure the website and all digital sales channels information complies with the appropriate laws and regulations.
- Identify ways to improve website and all digital sales channels user experience.
- Implement security measures to protect websites.
- Keep the website's domain and hosting registration current.
- Manage pay-per-click and search engine optimization campaigns.
- Produce sitemaps that represent and visualize the website's structure and functions.
- Discover, troubleshoot, and resolve all website and digital sales channels issues, updating website coding as needed.
- Work with Marketing team to lead content creation across multiple sales platforms (aligning with corporate strategy/messaging).
- Communicate with providers and relevant partners.
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints to present to company leadership.
- Assist with the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies that increase sales, brand awareness, drive new customer acquisition, customer retention, and help to achieve growth objective.
- Research, identify, share, and implement current industry design trends, functions, and best practices.
- Evaluate competitors' websites to create strategies for improvement as they relate to the brand.
- Work on site across multiple teams to ensure close collaboration, brand consistency across all channels and mediums, and timely project completion.
- Liaise and attend external and internal meetings necessary to perform duties.
- Execute responsibilities as a representative of the company according to lawful and ethical standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of experience in web development, digital marketing, or related fields. Experience managing a SHOPIFY website, and AMAZON Seller Central are required.
- A strong understanding of web analytics tools, search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, web development technologies, content management, website merchandising, user experience (UX) design principles, and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required, in a related field such as web development, computer science, marketing, or communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from web analytics tools for optimizing website performance and making informed decisions.
- Manage multiple projects, set deadlines, allocate resources, and collaborate with team members.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
