Our Production Supervisor in our Nevada Warehouse will lead the production/assembly and shipping departments to ensure that safety, volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved. The ideal candidate is motivated to guide and support team members, effectively resolve workplace issues, and possess strong communication and leadership skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize assembly workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and/or vice versa
• Motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivity
• Prepare and submit daily reports
• Assist in planning and establish work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequesters to maximize productivity
• Follow and enforce all established policies, procedures, and recognized practices
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Monitor performance of facility personnel
• Work with management team to determine amount of necessary resources
• Ensure output meets quality standards
• Identify the needs of maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
• Enforce health and safety precautions

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred but not required
• Previous leadership experience in production, assembly, and shipping operations is required
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred

Work Environment

The Production Supervisor will split their time between the production area in a warehouse and a nearby office. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are variable. We operate 7 days a week, and this position may work any of those days.

Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
