JOB SUMMARY:

Receives stores and distributes materials, equipment and products within properties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Receiving goods and services in a timely and efficient manner.

• Example: All garments must be received and documented with product identification (Food, Beverage, Paper Products, Equipment, and Parcels) and amount received must be provide in a separate sheet or inventory list with the amounts for viewing on the exterior of the box/case.
• Directing and putting all products in proper designated lotted units (Sorting, Staging, Delivering Requisition, and Organizing warehouse areas).
• Maintains the overall cleanliness, safety and security of the receiving, storage distribution operations.
• Must make effort in consolidating dairy, meat, water, and sodas to keep area organized and stock rotated.
• Reports any spoilage or breakage of products.
• Reports any products with slow/ no inventory movement.
• Warehouse and Production Kitchen hallways MUST be cleared of all pallets DAILY.
• Freezer pallets are to be put away or consolidated to minimum pallets.
• Fill, transport, and deliver orders to designated areas.
• Drives power, manual jacks or flatbed carts to transport items.
• Safely operate equipment necessary for the job.
• Open bales, crates boxes and other containers.
• Maintains and optimizes assigned inventories.
• Weights or counts items received into the warehouse to ensure accuracy of delivery invoice/bill of lading.
• Marks materials with identifying information.
• Performs such other job-related duties as may be assigned by instruction form management.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Operate forklift, power jacks and other relevant equipment.
• Lift and move material up to 80 pounds.
• Keep accurate records and work within established systems of controls. (Red Rock)
• Ability to work from a standing and a walking position.
• Ability to perform reaching, stooping, climbing, balancing, crouching, crawling, and/ or kneeling.
• Dexterity in the hands and fingers needed.
• Physical tolerance needed to work in wet, humid and / or extreme cold / hot conditions.

NON-PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Write and calculate to meet the needs of the position.
• Knowledge of inventory and stocking procedures.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Required close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Receiving and storing experience preferred.

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:

• Employment eligibility for the United States.
• Clark County Health Card.
• Maintain a valid drivers license. For those who transport off property products.
