Veterinary Receptionist
Fast Paced Veterinary Hospital with 5 Doctors seeks veterinary assistants/receptionists with excellent customer service skills and multitasking talents.
Our receptionist duties include answering a busy multi line phone, creating appointments/ working with a computer program (Avimark) to do scheduling, data entry, handling client check ins and cashiering out, taking messages for doctors and interacting with multiple coworkers and with our excellent clientele in a very busy environment.
Additional duties include lifting (bags of food up to 40 pounds) and scanning/filing of documents.
Our receptionists are our customer service front line - so a cheerful attitude is helpful! Good communication skills are a must, as is patience in our very busy working environment.
Our jobs are full time, a (longer than traditional business hours) 4 day work week that is 37 to 41 hpw with opportunities for overtime. The job(s) we're hiring for will include working Fridays and Saturdays. Starting/Training salary is depending on experience.
