Generac in Eagle is seeking Utility / Machine Operators on 2nd and 3rd Shifts with STARTING WAGES $23.59 - $24.01 depending on experience + Overtime + Quarterly Bonus + Pay Increase at 60-Day Post Probation + Pay Increase at 12 months and more!!!

Location: 211 Murphy Drive, Eagle, WI 53119

2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday-Friday, overtime on Saturday as needed

3rd Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, Sunday-Thursday, overtime on Friday as needed

Overview:

The Machine Operator -- Fabrication II is expected to perform under the direction of the area supervisor, manufacture parts per plant specification in an accurate and timely manner utilizing a CNC Machining Center/Fabrication equipment while recognizing safety and efficiencies.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprint specifications to determine procedures, verify programs and tooling
• Perform complex machine set ups and critical operations
• Position and replace tools, and set in relation to machine
• Use a variety of precision measuring devices to set up and adjust work and verify conformance of work to specifications
• Understand special material handling required for materials and equipment used in the work cell
• Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.

Physical Demands:

This opportunity includes being on your feet 10 to 12 hours a day, lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted, and up to 100 lbs in a team lift. Walking, stooping, crouching, bending, and reaching above your shoulders are normal daily activities. This requires the use of power tools, vibrating tools, and following all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) requirements required by safety policies.
