Trim Carpenter Job at The HR Dept LLC
Brighton Builders is a Custom Home Builder in Bluffton, SC. We are looking for a Trim Carpenter to join our growing team. The Trim Carpenter will be responsible for building, installing, and repairing structures, fixtures, furniture, and other items using different types of materials including wood and steel.
Trim Carpenter Primary responsibilities
- Ability to read blueprints and/or follow instructions from supervisors.
- Work with materials such as wood, plastic, fiberglass, paint or drywall.
- Capable to use all Hand Tools.
- Work on ladders.
- Use levels, rules, plumb bobs, framing squares, and surveying equipment to ensure everything is level and secure.
- Build stairs, mantles, and furniture.
- Install cabinets, molding, partitions, doors, and windows
- Remodel homes and businesses.
- Erect scaffolding.
- Replace panes of glass, ceiling tiles, and doors.
Trim Carpenter Expectations
- Full-time
- Business Hours are Mon-Fri, 7:30a.m.-4:30p.m., additional hours may be required on deadlines
- Job Site appropriate attire
- Valid Driver License
- 3 years minimum experience
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must Follow all Safety Rules
- Work outside in different environments
