Overview:

The Treasury Sales Assistant provides administrative support to the Treasury sales team and assists Treasury Bankers in performing their duties with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Treasury sales, Business Bankers and Treasury services to proactively meet various client needs and requests.
  • Provide general administrative support for Treasury Sales team.
  • Assist in creating service requests in sales force system to create sales opportunities.
  • Support the overall client relationship management effort by working directly with clients as various issues arise.
  • Open deposit accounts for business clients.
  • Ensure accurate billing of services sold.
  • Complete risk reviews with clients.
  • Create relationship reviews as directed by the Treasury Banker.
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks and duties are executed in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
  • Consistently maintain a high level of communication with Treasury Bankers.
  • Support the Treasury sales team by responding to requests, researching discrepancies, and resolving issues.
  • Ensure all processes are documented and meet the needs of the Bank, and those who rely upon such information for decision making and support.
  • As required, prepare managerial reports such as sales pipeline report, watch list and other reports as assigned.
  • Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize information.
  • Remain current with regulatory and/or Treasury product and service changes.
  • Interact with internal and external clients while providing extraordinary service.
  • Develop and maintain trusted, positive relationships with employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Represent the Bank and Treasury Services team in a highly professional manner.
  • Complete job assignments in a professional, timely and efficient manner; organize and prioritize work.
  • Maintain confidentiality; adhere to CrossFirst Bank policies and procedures; comply with laws, regulations and industry best practices.
  • Reliable and predictable attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications:
  • Proven performer in a fast-paced service oriented role ideally from a Treasury Management environment with strong knowledge and understanding of Treasury products, services and operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with office automation equipment, including phones, computers and related loan processing/banking software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated success in a multi-task environment with attention to detail and follow through.
  • Persistence, flexibility and a high service orientation are required, as well as a reputation for dependability, professionalism and a commitment to team work.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work flow and projects, support and function in an entrepreneurial team based environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, with exposure to Business Administration or a related field, is preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • High school diploma required.
The pay range for this position in Colorado is typically $24.04 to $43.27 hourly. The actual pay will be based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, qualifications, and experience. The starting pay may be above or below the stated range. This role is eligible for one or more incentive plans based on company and individual performance.
