We are a agency that assist individuals with human trafficking, addiction and recovery, homelessness and mental health issues. Some services we offer are individual therapy services, intensive outpatient services (IOP) we are AODE license which means we can provide drug and alcohol educational classes. We provide peer support, targeted case management services, and recovery housing. We have men and women recovery/transitional houses. We recently expanded to 4th street on 556 South 4th street for our second facility. We are now established in Ohio and looking to hire in the state of Ohio.

Therapist or Counseling Service Contract Job Description

This position will report to the Director of Operations Briana Kellum-Gosnell.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The therapist/counselor performs counseling services to clients individual and group counseling sessions. The therapist can be an CSW, LPCA, or CADC.

Job Duties:

• The therapist will perform an assessment on each client.
• The therapist will complete one-on-one counseling services for clients.
• Therapist will be contract employers who will keep their own notes/documentation on all clients.
• Be in coordination and collaborate with Freedom Center staff members about clients.
• Provide group services to clients.
• Implement behavioral charts with clients.
• When doing group/IOP the therapist will put client case notes from the sessions into theranest online system and/or shared notes online system.

Qualifications:

• Must have a CSW, LPCA, OR CADC
• Must have at least 1 year or more experience in providing therapy services to clients.
• Must have a clean criminal and registry background check

Pay Range:

$25-$30 per hour
