About the Job

As a Regional Sales Manager on our Fluke Health Solutions team, you will be responsible for generating sales and supporting the sales efforts of others for our Landauer products, leveraging product/services, industry, and/or technology expertise. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be expected to maintain up to date product knowledge, drive funnel growth, and build customer relationships in order to close a sale.

Responsibilities

Promote assigned product line products and solutions and achieves sales quota by building rapport with customers and selling to and supporting their needs. Identifies needs by phone or in person, performs demos during customer visits and assists customers in understanding how our solutions can support their systems.

Provides technical and product expertise to customers.

Maintains technical and product expertise to sustain effectiveness as a Regional Sales Manager, understanding product application in a variety of situations and employing comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and industry standards.

Collaborates with marketing and product development to obtain and use VOC to further Landauer adoption.

Collaborate with other sales and marketing team members to prepare responses to proposals, demos, training and address customer-requirements.

Maintains records and develop reports to track area activity.

Keep customers appraised of new products and services.

Provides monthly sales production and larger order forecast to assigned manager.

Previous capital selling experience

Previous Healthcare selling experience

Bachelor’s Degree

Strategic and logical thinking

Healthcare background/knowledge.

Good communication skill with customer.

Self-management & control skill.

Travel 60-70%

National: The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commission) is $122,500- $227,500

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
