Position: B2B Inside Sales

Location: Manhattan, NY (NON REMOTE)

Pay: $50K-$60K + comm/bonus

This role offers an opportunity to join , the world's leading business publication focusing on the North American business industry. You will be conducting high-level interviews of company executives and advertising to their partner channel.

We are looking for highly motivated, success-driven candidates who wish to join the magazine and drive the business further. Excellent communication skills with the ability to create and manage relationships are essential to the role.

As this is the start of the Northern region sales office, promotion opportunities are open in the short term as the business will always promote internally.

Sales Experience Required (minimum 18-24 months)

Monday – Friday 8-5pm permanent. Office based NON REMOTE

$50K-$60K base with OTE of ~$88K Uncapped Commission above $50,000 10% commission

1 full day paid holiday for each sales month above $50,000 Benefits (health) to be given if they pass probation.

We are looking for a talented and competitive B2B Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

What does an Inside Sales Representative do?
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Requirements and skills
Proven inside sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
BA/BS degree or equivalent

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
