Job Description:

In this role, you will resolve Member Support inquiries and provide appropriate Member training when necessary.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Professionally handles incoming Member requests via multiple communication channels, ensuring issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Handles all Member inquiries, requests and thoroughly educates them on use of the real estate title industry applications and best practices for working with The Fund.
- Provides quality support in the areas of handling questions, troubleshooting, and account assistance.
- Provides first call resolution to Members.
- Works with other departments as Member advocates to ensure resolution.
- Looks for innovative ways to better products and improve the Member experience.
- Provides custom document support to E-Closing DT users by completing the document tagging process, including converting documents to .rtf, applying tags from the library to Member-provided documents, and testing tags after document completion.
- Documents inquiries and resolutions in the incident tracking system, including a complete description of the problem, troubleshooting steps taken, equipment information and results.
- Monitors Dashboard and customer queue depths and responds accordingly.
- Acquires and maintains thorough understanding of all customer support queues, including changes to or additions of new infrastructure or applications.
To be considered, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer-related associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two years’ experience progressively advancing in a call center or support center environment with proficiency in technical support using analytical skills to troubleshoot issues required.
- Six months experience in real estate/title closing highly desirable.
- This position internally is known as Member Support Center Rep II
