The ideal candidate is competent when it comes to tracking and updating information in the company database, has an innate ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and is extremely detail-oriented. The right candidate for this position will have an aptitude for working in an office setting and must have the desire to learn additional skills required by this position.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare title abstracts.
• Compare property records to legal documents.
• Research legal and title documents to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare documents for recording.
• Verify that property owners are current.
• Handle walk-in customers.
