Qualifications:

· HS Diploma or GED

· 3 years retail or similar experience in high volume sales

· 2+ years management experience

· Experience in starting conversations with total strangers

· Experience in recruiting, developing, and growing talent

· Must have satisfactory Airport Badging Process
