Job overview and responsibilities

The change and program analyst will support the implementation and sustainment of process and technology changes across technical operations. This role will assist in understanding impacts to critical business capabilities, documenting changes to processes, and assisting in training and communications planning for key collaborators. This analyst will work with both senior leadership and working teams to develop and complete readiness plans across the division. This role will support multiple project teams simultaneously and partner with technology, other business collaborators and outside vendors, as applicable, to complete required activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on project implementation strategies and plans, including partner assessment, communications, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training
Support organizational change activities and assist with feedback loops with cross-functional team members and partners to drive Enterprise Business Transformation and ensure adoption
Assist process and technology changes by driving ongoing communication, training, and frontline engagement strategy
Maintain collaborator communities to drive continuous engagement and feedback
These collaborator communities ("champions") act as change agents, represent the opinions and priorities of their respective groups and ensure changes are mindful of the people they impact and deployed in a thoughtful way

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience working on projects involving continuous improvement, organizational change, technology implementation or innovation
Familiar with developing and delivering communications, bulletins, or end user training
Highly organized
Ability to run/support multiple projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to design and document a process
Ability to work cross functionally with key collaborators at multiple levels of the organization
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to influence others toward desired outcome
Ability to inspire change
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's degree
Experience leading change with operational work groups
Familiar with developing and delivering communications, bulletins, or end user training
