Job Description: Snow Removal / Maintenance
Responsible for the overall Snow removal and deicing of all hotels Sidewalks, parking lots, including entrances, patios, trash areas, pet and smoking areas.
- *This includes use of snowblower, shovels and deicer
- Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards
- Report necessary maintenance items
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned
RESPONSIBILITY: Is responsible for showing up for every shift at their scheduled time, ready to work, in their proper work uniform; and presents oneself in a professional manner.
GUEST FOCUS: Is dedicated to clearing sidewalk
TEAMWORK & COMMUNICATION: Is able to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers and is able to influence others in order to meet organizational goals; shares information openly; relates well to all kinds of people; is able to speak well and write effectively.
Responsible for assisting housekeepers as necessary including assisting with laundry, cleaning rooms, stripping beds, and deep cleanings.
