Creminelli Fine Meats standard shifts run from
- Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

DESCRIPTION:
The Slicing Associate reports directly to the Slicing Supervisor and is responsible for filling, case packing, and palletizing sliced trays or handling other duties associated with sliced tray production. The Slicing Associate must follow best practices of operating in a USDA facility and help with efforts to continuously improve processes in a lean environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling and moving Ready to Eat (RTE) products in a safe and efficient way
- Weighing, cutting, and separating meat or other sliced products
- Placing sliced product in trays and ensuring that presentation meets stated standards
- General cleaning of work areas, equipment, and employee areas
- Other duties and requirements as assigned by a supervisor or manager
- Adhere to all company policies and USDA standards of safe food production
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent; experience in a food manufacturing facility is a plus but not a requirement
- Able to work in a cold environment
- Able to stand, bend, walk for entire shift
