FOH: Job Description

Hourly Non-Exempt

FOH Employees are highly cross trained based on work ethic, skill, and experience. Below is a list of jobs that a FOH employee may perform each shift.

• Busser Person

• Server Prep

• Host Person

• To-Go Team

• Cashier

Below is a scope of work each employee may be asked to perform each shift:

• Answer phones

• Greet customers

• Use reservation system

• Assemble to-go orders

• Bussing tables and set-up table for next customers

• Disinfect all areas of FOH, including but not limited to booths, door handles, menus etc.

• Use POS system

• Lift up to 30 lbs

• Stand for up to 8 hours

• Clean and restock restroom areas.

• Prepare salads and sauces and drinks etc for dine-in and to-go guests

• Take to-go orders

• Menu knowledge

• Knowledge of food safety and guidelines especially for allergies

• Assist servers with large parties or overflow

• Ensure guests are receiving superior customer service

• Proper hand washing technique
