Job Summary
Aviagen is currently looking to fill the position of Hatchery Service/ Dispatch Associate. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing eggs for transport. This includes grading, sorting, and handling of eggs before being place in shipping containers.
Job Description
- Responsible for product grading
- Responsible for preparation of shipping containers
- Responsible for counting product inventory
- Responsible for containment of defective product
- Box making, stacking, packing and other general duties
- Maintain proper handling, cleaning and safety of our products
- Meet all of the operating procedures as outlined by company policy
Job Qualification
- Ability to handle moderate to physical work
- Must be able to complete repetitive work and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- Must be able to perform tasks with limited supervision
- Proven reliability in work attendance and willingness to give best effort
