Senior Treasury Analyst

Carrollton, TX

The TMX Finance® Family of Companies is looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our team and be responsible for helping manage all banking duties for the company, while also providing support to the accounting department as well as departmental managers regarding treasury policies and procedures.

• Perform daily cash concentration and forecasting activities.
• Monitors daily cash position and ensures internal controls are executed/performed.
• Maintains sound relationships with banking partners and internal constituencies (Tax, Legal, IT, AP, Auditors, Accounting, etc.) to drive initiatives forward.
• Administrator on various online banking platforms.
• Initiating electronic transfers, tracking payment deadlines, assisting with daily cash, and expected cash receipts and expenditures in collaboration with Treasury Management.
• Assist in daily cash operations including the processing of wires, ACHs, and checks in addition to daily reconciliation, daily cash position and short-term investing.
• Support third party relationships and vendor management and implement best practices.
• Responsible for various cash balance forecast models.
• Analyzes bank fees and reports on trends and reasons for fluctuations.
• Develop reporting package for executive team and Board on our liquidity and key cash management operating metrics.
• Review, analyze and resolve Chargeback disputes.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma, preferably with a concentration in business or economics.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Accounting and/or Bank experience preferred
• Cash management, project management, and management of change experience
• Focus on quality. Initiative, Integrity, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access required
• Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
