Job Summary:
Provides leadership and oversight over the residential program/dormitories by directing, supervising and implementing approved programs within the men's or women's dormitories. In addition, the candidate we seek will evaluate the effectiveness of programs and ensures that quality programs, consistent discipline, dorm cleanliness, and up-to-date record-keeping are achieved on a daily basis.
Prepares reports and annotates logs to ensure accurate documentation of daily observations of student’s progress, performance, behavior and attitudes.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years of related experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal, communicative, and engaging skills and abilities.
- Able to coordinate and collaborate with a diverse community and population.
- Computer, telecommunications, and virtual technology skills.
- A valid driver’s license in the state of assignment with no major moving citations within the last 39 months.
- Undergo a background investigation and drug screen with favorable results.
