Responsibilities

  • Installation and maintenance of all equipment within the company per company procedures
  • Completion of all associated activities and documentation
  • Repair and trouble shoot mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Learn and follow all the OSHA and Freudenberg safety requirements
  • Perform preventative maintenance requirements on all equipment per company procedures
  • 24 Hour on call for security and fire alarms
  • Oversee building HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical
  • Order parts for the facility and maintenance
  • Assist in fixtures, fabrication, and tool repair
  • Work on weekends and overtime as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Examples of equipment to support:
  • Band weld
  • Braider
  • Tabletop machines
  • Sensors and photo eyes
  • General equipment 24V – 460V

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in Industrial Maintenance
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Attention To Detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate
  • Ability to use technology and systems such as SAP and Agile
  • Good people skills required to work with Manufacturing, Marketing, support groups, and outside customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems in an organized manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimum supervision, establishes priorities, and report job status in a timely manner.
  • Accurate and attention to detail.
  • Math skills, with good knowledge in algebra and trigonometry.
  • Ability to design simple mechanical components from concepts and documents.
