Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of all equipment within the company per company procedures
- Completion of all associated activities and documentation
- Repair and trouble shoot mechanical and electrical equipment
- Learn and follow all the OSHA and Freudenberg safety requirements
- Perform preventative maintenance requirements on all equipment per company procedures
- 24 Hour on call for security and fire alarms
- Oversee building HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical
- Order parts for the facility and maintenance
- Assist in fixtures, fabrication, and tool repair
- Work on weekends and overtime as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Examples of equipment to support:
- Band weld
- Braider
- Tabletop machines
- Sensors and photo eyes
- General equipment 24V – 460V
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in Industrial Maintenance
- High school education or equivalent
- Attention To Detail
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Ability to use technology and systems such as SAP and Agile
- Good people skills required to work with Manufacturing, Marketing, support groups, and outside customers.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems in an organized manner.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimum supervision, establishes priorities, and report job status in a timely manner.
- Accurate and attention to detail.
- Math skills, with good knowledge in algebra and trigonometry.
- Ability to design simple mechanical components from concepts and documents.
