The Office of Human Resources is seeking a dynamic Data Analyst, HR Analytics, Human Capital Insights and Reporting to join their team.
What You will Do for Us
This position will be part of the HR Technology and Operations Group. The focus of this role will be aimed at supporting implementation of an institutional strategy for HR Business Intelligence, driving key deliverables to execution such as HR dashboards and reports. The successful candidate shall possess experience in the areas of HR Reporting, Data Quality and Architecture, People Analytics, Project Management, Advanced Power Bi, Agile ( SCRUM ), Business Process Analysis and should display ability to influence and drive change in a global organization. The position works under the supervision of the AVP for HR Technology in partnership with internal and external stakeholders and leaders to develop creative solutions to current business challenges and drive insights through data.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required; from a regionally accredited college or university.
Experience: Must possess 2+ years of similar work experience in data analytics and visualization, statistical reporting, and/or quantitative analytics.
Must have proficiency with Business Intelligence software, data analytics and visualization tools, and/or database programming, such as Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, Python, QlikView, Splunk, Hyperion or Cognos.
Experience with creating executive-level reports, decks and dashboards using PowerPoint and data visualization software in a way that requires the ability to analyze and synthesize information from a multitude of sources and develop appropriate and actionable recommendations for leaders that demonstrate ability to influence without authority.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to produce analyses and reports independently while managing multiple projects with limited supervision and making well informed priority trade-offs.
Ability to juggle competing priorities and work in a dynamic and changing environment.
Ability to pose questions and then devise strategies to analyze the data to answer them.
Ability to leverage data and analytical capabilities to create key decision support tools (executive presentations, business cases, white papers).

Education: MBA , Data Scientist or I/O psychologist preferred; from a regionally accredited college or university.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in the areas of HR and HR Reporting 3+ years of data quality and architecture, People Analytics, Project Management, Advanced Power Bi, Agile ( SCRUM ), or business process analysis.
Advanced capabilities in MS Excel and Power BI. Predictive Analytics Statistical Analysis Modeling Management Consulting experience preferred Project Management.
Ability to manage projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria), business case, develop and manage project plans, allocate resources, identify potential issues/risks, and develop contingency plans Core HR Systems, Alteryx and Tableau experience preferred
