Job description
This role, the School Ambassador, is part of the School Support Admin program, and often fill in for the School Support Admins as needed and work as a coordinator between the program and the schools.
- Partner with the Public Health Department to be a program coordinator and liason between the schools and staff, often filling in as a school support admin as needed at one of the schools in the West Valley
- Manage the schedules and communications to identify what school district staff will be reporting to that week
- Prioritize emails and phone calls, gather documents, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff and volunteers
Overview of program
A client in Phoenix, AZ is looking for School Support Administrators to join their team. These individuals will be brought on to assist 58 school districts in Arizona to support Covid-19 relief to schools. The qualified candidate must be comfortable working anywhere from 35 to 40 hours per week. These individuals will be scheduled to attend different schools to conduct tasks that are regularly assigned to school health personnel to allow them time to complete COVID-19 specific activities required by the school.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour
