About the Role:

School Based Clinicians work in schools delivering mental health services to children with a variety of needs including trauma, anxiety, and depression. School Based Clinicians work closely with school personnel, other outside treatment providers, and families to provide a quality continuum of care.

We are currently seeking full-time or part-time fee for service clinicians to provide services in our school-based program including elementary, middle school, and high school with the option of seeing adult clients in the office during afternoon hours, as well.

We offer flexible schedules, full and part-time benefits based on clinical contact hours, and work/life balance. In addition, license eligible clinicians will receive free supervision.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assesses clients or family's needs and eligibility for services
• Provides individual, group and family therapy in accordance with assigned client needs
• Collaborate with client’s family, school, and other treatment providers to provide quality clinical care
• Provide case management, referrals, and treatment planning for assigned clients
• Develops and maintains client case records, notes, plans and reports
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships within the agency, community and referral sources

Job Requirements:

• License-eligible
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related Program from an accredited college or University
• Ability to make accurate assessments and provide appropriate treatment
• Maintain contact with school social worker to create schedule to see client in school
• Unlicensed clinicians must be CANS certified to treat individuals under age of 21
• Licensed clinicians must be CANS certified to treat individuals with MassHealth insurances under the age of 21
• Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation
• Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation
• Candidate must provide proof of Covid-19 Vaccination Card or appropriate religious / medical exemption. Card must possess at least either two Moderna Vaccinations, two Pfizer vaccinations, or a J&J vaccination with an additional Moderna/Pfizer vaccination
