Sanitation Technician Job at Revela Foods

Responsibilities:
· Clean and sanitize food contact equipment and surroundings
· Conduct chemical concentration tests on cleaning and sanitizing solutions
· Perform general maintenance on sanitation equipment
· Disassemble equipment for cleaning and reassemble clean parts
· Operate a forklift to remove items from the cook rooms to the warehouse
· Complete all required paperwork
· Report any suspicious activity related to food defense
· Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
· High school diploma/GED preferred

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Able to stand for long periods. Ability to regularly lift and / or carry up to 55 pounds individually or up to 100 pounds with assistance.
