Sales Representative - Compensation - $70 - $75k first year + company car + benefits - Recession-Resilient Industry

EARN WHILE YOU LEARN: Join our client, Spectrum Painting as a Sales Rep in a family-owned, fast-growth, great culture company. Base salary plus company car, attainable commissions to achieve at least $70k your first year. Must live commuting distance 30-40 mintes) to Pompton Lakes, New Jersey. Will travel primarily in Bergen, Passaic, Morris and Essex Counties.

• Early Professionals with 1-5 years’ experience in sales or another career that may not be meeting your expectations
• College Graduates or not, with little to no sales experience but know you can sell and want to make good money

Sales Estimators will be given 8 weeks of paid training by the Owner, and ongoing coaching by him and by a sales coach. You will be provided very warm leads of homeowners (who have already expressed interest in Spectrum’s painting services) and you will make appointments with them, build the relationship and using your persuasive selling skills, close the sale. 50% of the time, owners choose Spectrum using this process. At the end of Year 1, our Sales Estimators are generally making at least $75k (with commissions) and more if they put out the effort. Residential Painting is a recession-proof industry.
